Just curious… What did your family do for you to celebrate? Breakfast in bed? Fetch the pipe and slippers? Or did they make you mow the lawn, haul them from place to place, yell at you?

Do I detect a note of autobiography there?
Well I was the first one up, so when my wife finally surfaced 2.5 hours later (i kid you not), I went back to bed so that she could make me bacon and eggs and the kids could bring it in. That was sweet.
Then they gave me seasons 4 & 5 of Stargate SG-1 on DVD, so my wife and I watched the first 2 episodes on the laptop in the bed, then she went and took a shower and I watched the 3rd episode.
‘Tweren’t a bad day at all actually!
