A Postcard from My House, Episode 2

This piece was made almost entirely by Youngest Son, including editing. The only editing I’ve executed was to remove his name from the video and add the “disclaimer” right at the end. :)

Aren’t you hungry?

Great job both in front of the camera and behind.

As I always say, you can never have too many chocolate crackles… and the taste test at the end proves it.

My favourite bit was the candid grab with the “wine” spit into the sink, and then the apology offered later. That’s cooking gold – it only could have been made better by him spitting his “wine” into the chocolate crackle mix!

Now that would have made good chocolate crackles! (Apart from the loogies)

For those of us in America. Do you think a written version of the recipe could be posted in the comments? Sounds delicious. Anything that starts with a pound of butter has to be good. Perhaps not good for you, but good none the less.
