And yes, I will admit my obsessional hatred for cats. I have a problem…
May I ask why? And yes, we’re up early here (usually 5 – 5.30am) and it’s only going to get worse with no daylight savings – stupid politicians….
Now you know that I’m not a cat person (smarmy things remind me too much of teenagers) but you haven’t included the worst of the worst here …
I mean the *owners* of the small spoiled yappy dogs, especially the ones that dress them up in little coats and clothers – jeez!
Cats are cool – leave them alone. I’m with Leah – it’s the owners of small, yappy dogs that are the most annoying.

I’m really starting to resent the fact that Aussies know all about the day before I’m even conscious. Resent, I say! Resentment born of confusion, it’s true. It means you have one less day to wait for Christmas, and by the time I ring in a new year, you’re all yawning. “That was sooo last year.” (If you’re thinking, “The doofus doth protest too much, methinks,” you’re right. I secretly admire Aussies. Here’s why.
All of which was a long preamble to saying Yappy dogs. Not even a contest, Pete! Of course, that’s the risk you take when you inject your personal issues into a what’s worse contest. It would be kind of like me saying, “What’s worse: A root canal with no anesthetic or standing outside IN THE RAIN BECAUSE YOUR MOM “FORGOT” TO PICK YOU UP??”
Just messin’ with you. I love cats, but understand people who don’t. In all seriousness, though, here’s why spoiled yappy dogs should have their own circle in hell. (Yeah, yeah, it’s not the dog’s fault. But the owner’s DEAD and less accessible to my fierce anger.)

Small yappy dogs serve only one purpose… speed humps in expensive housing estates.
