Well Gentlemen and Ladies, I’m back after an enormously busy period. The best thing that’s been occupying my time is competing my Pitstop training, which means I’m now a licensed facilitator of the Pitstop Parenting program for Dads.
Had a sensational time both travelling through the material and mixing with other men (and women!) who are committed to peer-mentoring other men through the journey of fatherhood. More later…
This is something I’m talking to several groups locally about partnering with them over. But I encourage all you blokes out there, whether you’re a cool calm and collected Dad or a Freaked-out Father, do a parenting course, especially if you can find one aimed at Men. It’s indescribably hepful, no matter what stage you’re at.
Favourite quote from the course notes:
“When a child is born, a father is born.” - Frederick Buechner.

YAY Pete!
I’m so … inspired, impressed, grateful and lots of other things that my current state of mind is unable to articulate!
Make sure you let me know about them, yeah??
Great to see stuff like this happening, and am very proud of you - congratulations!!!

There’s definitely an opportunity for collaboration on this field.
