Clearly the guys that wrote this are ex-HelpDesk dudes themselves. I feel their pain. There are ID-10-T errors everywhere…

@ The Molksta: I feel very very sorry for you Help Desk guys … every time I ring and ask for help. Aren’t you glad you’re in management now and away from the cumstomers?
